As someone who lives on Stenson Road near to the Ainsworth Drive stop, served by the current 37 bus, these changes make things worse, not better for us because the bus will no longer be going to the bus station. Many people want to connect with other buses at the bus station and will now have to walk to and from Babington Lane. While this may not be a problem for the fit and able, there are many elderly people like myself, suffering from painful arthritis and mobility problems who are going to struggle. Also means waiting in cold winter weather with much less shelter. Also it looks as though this bus will no longer be going along London Road past Marks & Spencer and Wilko which is where many people want to get on and off. Not impressed!
